Spain, why learn to Paraglide anywhere else

We had a mix of weather conditions or rather directions that allowed the group to fly Teba on their first day, Montelliano the second,  a boomer of a day mid week that saw them fly both the SE of Lijar, and a new Nw launch.

As well as a late evening flight of an hour plus soaring at Ronda La Vieja for a sunset finish. Congratulations must go to Barry from Swansea for his first 17 k cross country flight and Chris from Brighton for his first 20 k Spanish cross country. The group  as normal bonded well, most filled their boots with flying, some of the welsh guys with beer! We did loose a day to wind on the last which Sussex Phil sensibly suggested we go to the beach for ice cream...after all it was a holiday, the final find of a Guinness bar on the beach rounded the week of a treat.
